Strictly regulated jurisdictions require KYC as a baseline and Source of Wealth (SOW) checks for high rollers. Even Curacao gaming license requires an online casino to have KYC these days. If the bitcoin casino doesn’t have KYC, it’s likely isn’t vetted by any authority itself.


In fact, many casinos advertise themselves as KYC-free, but the reality is often different. they'll still ask for ID when you try to withdraw your winnings. I've yet to come across a crypto casino that pays out jackpots without some form of identity verification.
